Terms
Last updated: October 2026
These terms cover your use of the Atlas Money app. By using Atlas you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Atlas Money is a personal finance planner. It helps you see what is safe to spend, plan paychecks, and track bills, debt and goals. Your data is stored on your device. If you turn on iCloud sync, it also syncs through your own private iCloud.
Atlas gives estimates based on the numbers you enter. It is not financial, tax, legal or investment advice, and it does not replace a professional. Check important figures against your bank and your bills. You are responsible for decisions you make.
Atlas is only as accurate as what you log. Keep your device secure and back up your data. Use of Face ID or a PIN lock is optional and your choice.
Don't misuse Atlas: no reverse engineering beyond what the law allows, no attempts to break the app's security, and no use that breaks the law.
The Atlas app, its design and its code belong to its publisher. You own the data you enter. You get a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on your Apple devices under Apple's usage rules.
Atlas is provided "as is," without promises that it will be error-free or always available. To the extent the law allows, Atlas Money is not liable for losses that come from using the app, including money decisions, missed bills, or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that can't be waived.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use Atlas after a change means you accept it.
